Rina – Instructor

Rina first found her love for yoga in a small convivial Bikram studio in Fullerton, California. Little did she know she would walk out with soaked bangs and the perpetual desire to come back.

Refusing to let her wild imagination ruin a nice time (all the time), she enrolled in yoga teacher training in 2021 for some objectivity and healing. Eventually, Rina adopted a newfound philosophy of the world around her. She believes there is a safe space in the yoga world where individuals can embody a practice — on and off the mat — that caters to their unique bodies and expression of being. In her classes, Rina incorporates mindfulness, breath awareness and finding alignment in the mind and body. She enjoys teaching yin, vinyasa and breathing techniques to promote wellness. Her purpose as a yoga teacher is to hold space for students to become more fortified in their own personalized practice in order to seek wellness and exist with the phenomenal world.

When Rina isn't falling out of a pose and struggling to stay in the present, she is freelance writing, chasing down her loud, life-loving toddler or wallowing in quiet moments with her husband.

Jacy-Instructor

Hi! I’m Jacy and I’m a yoga instructor. Yoga became a big part of my life in 2016 when I realized I needed to make big changes if I wanted to live a healthy life. It started as just a way to workout or stretch after other forms of exercise, but it grew to more. In 2018 I was dealing with severe depression following a loss and re-evaluating my whole life. I realized some of the only times I had peace were the times spent on my mat. That realization spurred me to find a teacher training program and get certified as a RYT-200. Teacher training was one of the most life-altering things I’ve ever experienced—yoga is so much more than exercise! I continue to use yoga to manage my depression and general wellness. In September of 2019 my life changed even more when we welcomed our first born, Jack, into our family. Now yoga pairs again with other exercises to lose and control that baby weight! As a teacher in restorative classes I invite my students into the peace that yoga has brought to my life. When I teach power or other high-energy formats I encourage the students to push for their best, strengthening their bodies while loving themselves as they are.

Christina – Massage Therapist

Christina is a 2019 graduate of Georgia Career Institute's 750 credit hour massage program and is actively building her modality profile. She was introduced to massage therapy and it's benefits by her father at a young age, developing the interest into a profession was a very proud moment between them. Christina is passionate about the maintenance of one’s self and believes that massage therapy contributes to a person’s overall well being for the mind, body, and spirit. She combines that notion with her clinical education in order to provide a thorough, soothing, and effective massage. Christina draws from various modalities such as myofascial release, trigger point therapy, swedish, deep tissue, and thai stretching to create an individualized experience that will help promote deep relaxation, relief from pain and tension, and increased range of motion.
